This site was originally put together as a marker for news and information from St. Thomas (SPG) Tamil Cathedral. It is NOT the official site for the cathedral. The official site is being developed by the management committee and will be unveiled when ready. Till such time this site will simply serve to share items of interest to the site owner and friends from his days at SPG.

Specifically, this site will be used:

To announce and promote the activities of St. Thomas' Tamil Cathedral
To facilitate personal worship for those who are unable to leave their homes
To serve as a beacon for those looking for a place to worship in Secunderabad that is consistent with their beliefs and preferences
To share news and development in the Christian community across the globe, as well as inspirational stories that can strengthen our spiritual lives.

SPG Youth in prayer

Like all vibrant churches, St. Thomas SPG Tamil Cathedral has a host of ministries to support and encourage its members. Many of its past members have progressed through these at various stages in their lives and are now successful adults in various congregations throughout the world. If you are not taking advantage of these ministries, you should!

Men's Fellowship (meets Sundays after Church Service)
Women's Fellowship (meets Sundays after Church Service)
Youth Fellowship (meets Sundays at 4:30PM) - check out their blog and website
Sunday School (meets Sundays at 8:00AM)

In addition, the Church offers its members the opportunity to sing in its much-heralded Choir. Practice sessions are usually scheduled before the Easter and Christmas Concerts. For more information, please contact Mr. Henry Jaganathan.
